At 4:30 p.m. May 27th, the football final the JUFE Zhentian Cup was kicked off between International Trade Team and Modern Economic Management Team School of International Trade and Economics. Having missed the champion for three times previously, School of International Trade and Economics finally won the championship.

Our school’s team did well in the first half, and won the first score only 3 minutes after the match began, which set every spectator’s blood on fire. Our additional 2 scores in the first half were gained by a set-piece shot and a penalty kick. Before the first half ended, Modern Economic Management Team scored a goal though their team cooperation. Thus, the score was 3 to 1 in the first half.

In the second half, the Modern Economic Management Team broke the ice at the beginning. After then, the match locked in a stalemate. In the last ten minutes, Matt, an international student from Turkmenistan, shot the last goal of this match. Our school won the final by 4 to 2.

This champion match not only showed our school’s strength in football game, but also revealed the energy and aggressiveness of students in our school.
